We have felt God calling our family to adopt for a about four years, now. At first we weren't sure whether God was calling us to adopt domestically or internationally, privately or through and organization, and so on and so on. We prayed earnestly during this time, as we continue to do today.

In April of 2011, we read online that Honduras had opened their borders for international adoption. We knew right then that God was leading us to adopt through Honduras. Our homestudy has been approved and we are moving into the second phase of our adoption. We are so excited!

We are trying to bring awareness of adoption and raise some extra funds through the use of this page. International adoption is expensive and we are looking at two international trips and a lengthy stay in Honduras. Any help we can receive would be a huge blessing!

These scarves are made from favorite old t-shirts that I wasn't ready to part with, but didn't wear anymore, either. It really is the softest scarf I own...and so well loved! I can create these scarves two ways: 1. You can send me as many as 4 old t-shirts and I will create you a personal scarf; or 2. I can create a scarf for you based on a theme: hometown colors, patriotic, Christmas, etc.
